We loved exploring Belém's Cultural Centre during our stay. the diverse exhibitions and engaging performances really captivated the kids. The breakfast at the hotel was fantastic, with plenty of options to satisfy everyone's tastes, especially the delicious pancakes that had my children going back for seconds.
My wife says that the indoor pool access was confusing and costly. It would be great if families could enjoy the pool without extra fees.

The Standard Double or Twin Room was super spacious and had comfortable beds. Nice shower with good water pressure too. I loved that they had a pillow menu to pick from for an even better night's sleep. The cleanliness was on point, and the staff was quick to address any issues, although I had to remind them a few times about the A/C. Overall, it was a decent place to crash after exploring the city.

Comfortable Stay with Exceptional Service
We enjoyed a fantastic six-night stay. The staff exceeded our expectations, always ready to assist with a smile. The breakfast options were diverse and satisfying. Be cautious with the last elevator on the right. my sister had a minor mishap there. Overall, a welcoming experience!

The breakfast spread was a real treat, filled with all sorts of goodies like fresh Tuscan bread, pastries, and delicious Pastel de Nata that made my mornings bright. The rooftop bar was killer too, a great spot to unwind with stunning views after a day of adventures around Lisbon.
We splurged on taxis since the hotel is a bit out of the way, and it was a bummer to pay €12 to use the indoor pool and €2.50 for swim caps. Still, the hotel had so much to offer that it was easy to overlook these quirks.
